Jose Quintana is a solid option and should have a quality start against the Reds. My sleeper pick is Gerardo Parra, he had a good weekend and has a great pitching match up. My value pick is Eric Hosmer, the Royals are scoring runs again and Hosmer should lead the way against the A’s.
