Jason Vargas continues to amaze this year and should have another big outing against the Mariners. He remains a great value pick and I would recommend starting him in a lineup until he has a few bad outings. My value pick is Jackie Bradley Jr., he has been very solid over the past week. My sleeper pick is Dansby Swanson, I like the pitching match up he has.
