Dan Straily is a great value option at starting pitcher and he frees up salary for the lineup. I also like Francisco Liriano as my other pitcher. My value play is Ryan Goins against the Rays. My sleeper pick is Eric Hosmer, he has looked better at the plate lately and could have a big night.
