Jake Arrieta has been solid lately and will have another big start against the Pirates. My value pick is Daniel Murphy against the Marlins. My sleeper pick is Evan Longoria, the Rays have an excellent match up against a beaten up Royals staff.

Marcus Stroman is set for another strong start and should do well at home against the Red Sox. My value pick is Brad Miller against the Royals, good pitching match up. My sleeper pick is Mark Trumbo, good pitching match up.

Zack Godley is a nice sleeper pick at pitcher and has a good match up against the reeling Mets lineup. My value pick is Salvador Perez, he is back off the DL and should have a big night. My sleeper pick is Derek Dietrich, he has a great match up tonight.
