Collin Sexton led the Cavaliers with 24 points (10-18 FG), while Kevin Love totaled 18 points (7-13 FG) and 8 rebounds in the losing effort. With the win, the Spurs improve to 44-32, while the Cavaliers fall to 19-57 on the season.
The Spurs remain the 8-seed in the Western Conference, 0.5 games behind the 7-seed Thunder and 6.5 games ahead of the 9th place Kings.
